Ingredients

  • 2 cups day-old rice
  • 1 can (213g) salmon, drained
  • 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
