Ingredients

  • 400g cooked lentils
  • 200g grated carrots
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked lentils, grated carrots, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, garlic, and spices.
  3. Mash the mixture until well combined, but leave some texture.
  4. Form the mixture into patties approximately 1-inch thick.
