Ingredients

  • 300g macaroni pasta
  • 250g cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 150g broccoli, chopped
  • 400ml cheese sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until fully cooked; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add chopped broccoli to the chicken and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, chicken mix, cheese sauce, and mix well.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
