Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, start by adding 1/2 cup of cottage cheese as the base layer.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the cottage cheese.
  3. Layer 1/4 cup of oats on top of the chia seeds.
  4. Place 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup of raspberries on top of the oats.
  5. Repeat the layers if using a larger jar. You can alternate the berries for color.
  6. For added sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey or maple syrup on top, if desired.
