Ingredients

  • 200 grams chickpea flour
  • 300 milliliters water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 grams fresh spinach
  • 100 grams red onions
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 200 grams of chickpea flour, 300 milliliters of water, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well.
  4. Stir in 150 grams of fresh spinach and 100 grams of thinly sliced red onions into the batter.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
