Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup almond butter, and 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, mixing until smooth.
  3. Add 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir well.
