Ingredients

  • 400g firm tofu
  • 4 tablespoons gluten-free teriyaki sauce
  • 200g brown rice
  • 300g broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and press them to remove excess moisture.
