Ingredients

  • 500g ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Cherry tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.
