Ingredients

  • 500g ground lamb
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh mint, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200g bulgur wheat
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped mint, minced garlic, onion, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned.
