Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, juiced and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 200g Brussels sprouts, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
