Ingredients

  • 250 g penne pasta
  • 200 g lentils, cooked
  • 150 g zucchini, diced
  • 400 ml marinara sauce
  • 100 g cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add diced zucchini and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add cooked lentils and marinara sauce to the skillet, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
