Ingredients

  • 200 g macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the butter and stir to form a roux, cooking for about 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in 2 cups of milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
