Ingredients

  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 60 ml ketchup (plus more for topping)
  • 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined but do not overwork the meat.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish to form a layer.
  5. Top the meat layer with additional ketchup, if desired.
  6. Cut slider buns in half and place them on top of the meatloaf layer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
