Ingredients

  • 500 grams lean ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onion, grated carrot, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Top each mini meatloaf with a spoonful of ketchup.
