Ingredients

  • 1 pack of instant ramen noodles
  • 100 grams frozen broccoli
  • 50 grams frozen peas
  • 50 grams frozen carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a medium saucepan and add the instant ramen noodles. Cook according to package instructions, typically 3-4 minutes.
  2. In the last minute of cooking, add frozen vegetables to the saucepan, ensuring they are heated through.
  3. Once cooked, drain the noodles and vegetables, but reserve some broth for added flavor.
  4. Transfer the noodles and vegetables to a serving bowl.
  5. Soft-boil an egg by gently placing it in boiling water for 6-7 minutes. Once done, dip it in cold water to stop the cooking process.
