Ingredients

  • 400g canned chickpeas
  • 200g sweet potatoes
  • 100g broccoli
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 150g quinoa
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional spices (e.g., paprika, cumin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Spread canned chickpeas on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
