Ingredients

  • 200g rice
  • 150g carrots, diced
  • 100g peas, frozen or fresh
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 400g tomato sauce
  • 150g shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
