Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets (200g each)
  • 150g Farro
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small Onion, diced

Instructions
