Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 500g of ground turkey, 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties, about 120g each.
  3. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat and cook the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C.
  4. While the burgers cook, mix 150g of Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  5. Prepare burger buns by slicing and toasting lightly if desired.
