Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast
  • 8-10 bok choy leaves
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing the chicken breast. Slice it into thin, even pieces for uniform cooking.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the ginger and garlic.
