Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 450g ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 200ml tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100g shredded cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out a small amount of flesh to create a boat.
