  • 500g chicken breast
  • 200g brown rice
  • 300g broccoli
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
