Ingredients

  • 400 grams firm tofu
  • 150 grams edamame
  • 200 grams broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons sesame sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cube it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the tofu cubes and sauté until they are golden brown on all sides.
  4. While the tofu cooks, steam the broccoli and edamame until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Once the tofu is browned, add the steamed broccoli and edamame to the skillet.
  6. Pour sesame sauce over the mixture and stir gently to coat.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
