Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 100 grams chickpea flour
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula)
  • 1 lemon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour with canned tuna, ensure the mixture is well blended.
  2. Add seasonings like salt, pepper, and any desired herbs to the mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, roughly 2 inches in diameter.
