Ingredients

  • 235 grams canned tuna, drained
  • 400 grams canned white beans, drained
  • 100 grams celery, diced
  • 150 grams arugula
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by draining and rinsing the canned white beans thoroughly to remove excess sodium.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained white beans, diced celery, and a generous portion of arugula.
