Ingredients

  • 200g whole grain macaroni
  • 300g ground turkey
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the whole grain macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Add in the spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey, spinach, and your choice of seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.).
