Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by rinsing and draining 1 can of chickpeas.
  2. Chop 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, and 1 onion into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for another 4-5 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. Add the chickpeas to the skillet and mix well.
